If you have out-of-network behavioral health benefits or an employee benefit plan, services will be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our fee is within the "customary rate" accepted by health care companies. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance? If so, how much is it?
Is there a limit to the number of visits I can have per calendar year?
Do I need an authorization?
Checking your benefits is very easy and will take just a few minutes. You just need to call the member services phone number listed on the front or back of your insurance card and ask "What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits? " You can call Dr. Saad at 212-506-5935 with the information provided by your insurance company and she will help you make sense of it and will explain how much your insurance covers.
Cash, check, credit card, health care spending account and flexible spending accounts through your employer are all accepted forms of payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us 48 hours in advance, we will try to reschedule your appointment within the week of your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule, you will be responsible for the fee of the session.
